Paper Pulp Making Propeller Thruster Agitator Pump Apply to Pulp Chest​

Description:

The propeller-type agitator is an equipment of pulp circulation mixing. It is necessary equipment in the pulping and paper-making industry. It applies to a slurry concentration of less than 5% of the 15-100m3 circular or square pulp chest. It has the advantage such as small floor space, mixing time fast, mixing effectual convenient maintaining.

Feature:

The structure of the blades and the hub is split changeable. The blade angle can be adjusted to meet different conditions.

The agitator is Cantilever flange connection structure. It (dia﹤1300mm) is fixed on the wall of the chest without foundation and easy installation (dia ﹥1300mm needs a support on the ground).

The machine was driven by the triangle belt. The pulley is fixed by the tensioning sleeve. Easy to install and disassemble.

The impeller is stainless steel precision casting, which ensure the accuracy requirement effectively and making running more stable.

Application:

The agitator is used in the pulp chest whose volume is lower than 200m3 and pulp concentration is lower than 6%. It is used to recycle and mix different pulp or water. It can swell up, hydrate and defiber the fiber in the pulp. So the pulp won't be stay in the bottom of the pulp chest.
